Your Investment in the Future

Tuition

  • 2026-2027 Annual Tuition: $15,450
  • 2025-2026 Instructional Fee: $475 non-refundable due upon registration
Tuition includes a Chromebook for school use. Accepted students pay a $475 instructional fee to hold their place in the class. This non-refundable fee, along with a tuition contract agreement indicating a payment plan, is due at the time of registration in the spring each year and is not part of tuition. This fee covers student Chromebooks, MyIrish fees, technology fees, and select grade level activities.


 

Tuition Payment Options & Plans

Two (2) Payment Plan
Families select either the 10th or 20th of the month for payments which are due in June and December.
Four (4) Payment Plan
Families select either the 10th or 20th of the month for payments which are due in June, September, December, and March.
Ten (10) Payment Plan
Families select either the 10th or 20th of the month for payments which are due in July through May.
Twelve 12 Payment Plan
Families select either the 10th or 20th of the month for payments which are due in June through May. Senior families make their last tuition payment in April.

 

St. Vincent-St. Mary uses Blackbaud Tuition Management in MyIrish for fees and tuition payments. Families may pay tuition by logging into MyIrish (Blackbaud Tuition Management) to pay electronically via checking or savings account, or by credit card. In person payments are also available for cash, check, or credit card methods at the Front Office. All electronic and credit card payments have a minimal convenience fee applied.

Tuition Assistance

  • St. Vincent-St. Mary High School offers need-based tuition assistance through our Family & Memorial Scholarship application process. Freshman applicants must complete FACTS and submit the Family & Memorial Scholarship Application in early November, for consideration.
  • Additionally, the Diocese of Cleveland offers $500–$1,500 grants to incoming students. Freshman applicants must complete FACTS and submit the Family & Memorial Scholarship Application mid November, for consideration.
  • Full-time Catholic school employees of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland whose children are enrolled in a K–12 Catholic school can also receive additional tuition assistance. Contact your school employer for an application.
  • A second child discount of $1,000 and a third child discount of $1,500 is applied to the tuition account of the oldest student.

IRISH ACADEMIC Scholarships

Irish Academic Scholarships: Students scoring between the 80th–99th percentile on the High School Placement Test (HSPT or Pre-HSPT) qualify. These scholarships are renewable for all four years with a minimum 3.5 GPA. Students must test at STVM by November or submit a higher HSPT score from another local Catholic school. Award amounts are as follows:

  • 99th percentile: $8,000/year ($32,000 over 4 years)
  • 95th–98th percentile: $6,500/year ($26,000 over 4 years)
  • 90th–94th percentile: $4,500/year ($18,000 over 4 years)
  • 85th–89th percentile: $3,500/year ($14,000 over 4 years)
  • 80th–84th percentile: $2,500/year ($10,000 over 4 years)

The combination of all scholarships will not exceed tuition.
 

Family & Memorial Scholarships

These scholarships are offered to incoming freshmen and returning students through the generosity of STVM donors. Award amounts range from $1,000 per year to full tuition. Most awards are renewable if the student maintains good academic and behavioral standing. Freshman applicants must complete FACTS and submit the Family & Memorial Scholarship Application by November 11, 2026.

STVM STEM Scholars Scholarship

The STEM Scholars Scholarship recognizes exceptional students with a passion for innovation, awarding one male and one female Scholar of Distinction each year with full-tuition support. Through exclusive mentorship, research opportunities, and real-world experiences, these scholars are prepared to lead and make an impact in STEM fields.

Ohio Department of Education Scholarships
  • EdChoice Scholarship: All Ohio students are eligible. This program is administered by the State of Ohio.

  • Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship (JPSN): Students with an IEP may qualify. Students must be enrolled at STVM prior to applying.

  • Autism Scholarship: Students identified with autism may qualify for awards covering tuition and outside resources. Students must be enrolled at STVM prior to applying.

Other Scholarships
  • Knights of Columbus Scholarship: $1,000, for current students with financial need in good academic standing. The application deadline is in November and winners are notified in December of each year.

  • NOIA Leadership Scholarship: $5,000/year for all four years for 8th graders entering Catholic high schools. Requirements: 3.0+ GPA, 25% Italian descent, active extracurricular participation, leadership, financial need, and attendance at the annual NOIA Impact Dinner.

Tuition Assistance through the Diocese of Cleveland
  • Additional tuition assistance opportunities are available through the Diocese of Cleveland. Students must be enrolled at STVM before applying.
