Choosing the right high school shouldn’t come down to a ZIP code.
St. Vincent–St. Mary High School welcomes students from communities throughout Northeast Ohio. Beginning with the 2027–28 school year, STVM plans to offer new shuttle routes serving families west, north and south of Akron.
With morning, afternoon and round-trip options available, an STVM education may be closer, and the daily commute more manageable, than you think.
Routes, stops, schedules and pricing will be determined based on family interest and enrollment.
Transportation Designed Around Our Families
STVM will be offering three primary transportation corridors for the 2027–28 school year:
- West: Medina and Copley/Fairlawn area
- North: Solon and Northfield/Macedonia area
- South: Canton and North Canton area
Families will be able to select the transportation arrangement that best fits their needs:
- Morning transportation to STVM
- Afternoon transportation from STVM
- Round-trip transportation
- Full-year service
- Partial-year service

Connecting families west of AkronThe Route 18 corridor creates a natural connection between Medina, Copley/Fairlawn and Akron. The proposed west shuttle route would make STVM more accessible to families throughout Medina County and western Summit County. |
| North: Solon and Northfield/Macedonia |
Connecting families north of AkronSTVM is exploring a northern shuttle route serving the Solon and Northfield/Macedonia areas. With convenient access toward Akron through the Route 8 corridor, families north of the city may find that STVM is closer than they expected. |
| South: Canton and North Canton |
Connecting families south of AkronSTVM’s community extends beyond Summit County. A proposed southern shuttle route would serve the Canton and North Canton areas, creating another option for families traveling north toward Akron. |
