Mary Ann Flynn-Fouse V54 Gifts oil painting

This July, Mary Ann Flynn-Fouse V54, graciously gifted St. Vincent-St. Mary two stunning oil on canvas paintings titled "Spirit of V." These breathtaking 72x48 works, painted in Mary Ann's signature abstract expressionist style, are now proudly displayed outside our art rooms and will serve as a daily inspiration for our students and artists for years to come. 

On Wednesday, July 22, Mary Ann was joined by many family members, as she visited campus to reflect on the pieces and share the story and spirit behind her work with our staff ahead of the upcoming school year.

Mary Ann's paintings are rooted in feeling and emotion, inviting viewers into a world of bold gestures, rich textures, and vibrant movement. Her work is shown exclusively at Sweet Art Gallery.
