Little Sibs Day - Wednesday, October 28

Attention STVM Students with Younger Siblings in Grades 5–8! We are excited to announce our first annual STVM Little Sibs Day! On Wednesday, October 28, from 12:00–3:00 p.m., we are welcoming younger siblings in grades 5–8 to join us for STVM’s Halloween celebration! We have an incredibly fun Halloween-themed afternoon planned, featuring sibling games at the pep assembly, crafts, gifts, a service project, and an optional haunted house! Here’s what you need to know:

  • Lunch: Pizza and ice cream will be provided, but students are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
  • Costumes: Little Sibs are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes (no masks, please!). STVM students will be dressing up, too, so matching sibling costumes are encouraged!
  • Pep Assembly: Families are welcome to attend at 1:50 p.m. to watch the sibling games! Please sign in at the Main Office and bring a photo ID.
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Registration is required, and space is limited! Be sure to register the “little sib” using the link below to reserve their spot.

Irish Family Car Raffle

Our Fall Irish Family Car Raffle, in partnership with the VanDevere Automotive Family kicked off this past Monday! Tickets are being sold for $10 a piece, and our goal is for each student to sell at least 20 tickets. When a ticket is purchased through a student’s link, the purchaser will have the opportunity to direct the proceeds to a specific STVM program, including athletics, clubs, and the performing arts. 100% of the proceeds from every ticket sold helps support the programs and activities that bring the STVM experience to life! Each student and parent received a personal raffle link that can easily be shared with family and friends through text, email, or social media. When buying tickets, purchasers will select the team, club, or program they want to support by clicking on the dropdown menu. That designated program will receive 100% of the ticket sales, and your student receives credit toward their individual goal. Click here for more details and to see the student incentives.

Please check your email for your student's personal link, and happy car raffle!

OHIO SCHOLARSHIPS GOING FULLY DIGITAL FOR 2027-28

Families planning to apply for an Ohio state scholarship for the 2027-2028 school year should take an important step now: create or access your OH|ID account. Beginning with the 2027-2028 application cycle, the State of Ohio will move to a fully digital scholarship application process. Paper applications will no longer be accepted. Parents and guardians will need an active OH|ID account to submit scholarship applications and manage their scholarship information online.

To avoid delays when applications open on February 1, 2027, we encourage all families to:

  • Create an OH|ID account if you do not already have one.
  • Log in to your existing OH|ID account and verify that your email address is current.
  • Confirm that you can access the email account associated with your OH|ID profile, as it may be needed for password resets, notifications, and application updates.

Taking a few minutes now to ensure your OH|ID account is active and accessible here will make the scholarship application process much smoother next year.If you have questions about your scholarship eligibility or need assistance preparing for the upcoming application process, please contact the school office.
