  • STVM Annual Tuition

Tuition is the responsibility of the student's family and is only a portion of the actual cost to educate our students.  St. Vincent-St. Mary strives to make tuition affordable for all of our families. 

2024-2025 Tuition

  • Tuition: $13,600

    A $400 non-refundable student fee and signed tuition agreement are due upon registration. Many tuition payment plans are offered, including monthly payments.
  • Student Fee: $400

    This helps to cover Chromebook insurance and select student activities.

  • Payment Options

    A Reservation Deposit and Tuition Agreement indicating a payment plan must be submitted when a student registers for classes.  This deposit and all tuition payments may be made in Smart Tuition or at the school. 
    • One Payment Plan – Tuition Payment is due on or before June 1st. Two Hundred dollar discount applies only to a student who receives no scholarship or financial assistance and pays full payment.
    • Two Payment Plan – The first semester payment is due on or before June 1st. The second semester payment is due on or before December 1.  A $25 annual handling fee applies.
    • Four Payment Plan – Four payments are due on or before June 1; September 1; December 1; and March 1. A $50 annual handling fee applies.
    • Monthly Payment Plans – Twelve monthly automatic payments (not available to Senior students) from a checking or savings account or credit card beginning in June 1st and ending in May 31st or Ten monthly automatic payments (Senior students paid monthly must use 10 month plan) from a checking or savings account or credit card beginning in July 2022 and ending in April 2023. Select a payment date of the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th or last day of every month. An $8 monthly school handling fee applies. Monthly payments may be minimized by making a down payment prior to finalizing your monthly payment plan.

Tuition Assistance

Need based financial aid offered by the Diocese of Cleveland and STVM
  • First, read this FACTS Information Sheet to learn more about what is required to apply for financial aid.
  • Complete the Financial Aid application  
    • Incoming Freshmen (Class of 2028) should apply when submitting their admission application. 
    • Returning and transfer student deadline is March 1, 2024.
  • A discount of $500.00 per student with a parent who teaches in a Catholic Elementary School
  • A second child discount of $1,000.00 and/or a third child discount of $1,500.00 is applied to the oldest student(s)

  • Family & Memorial Scholarships

    Our St. Vincent-St. Mary High School Foundation Family & Memorial Scholarships provide a valuable source of tuition assistance to incoming and current students. Offered through the generosity of our donors, these scholarships are customized to the donors' wishes and have unique criteria.

    • Students in the Classes of 2025, 2026 and 2027: The Family & Memorial Scholarship Application for current students is now open and available here. Applications are due March 1, 2024. 

Ohio Department of Education Scholarships

  • EdChoice Scholarship

    • 100% of accepted students are eligible for grants ranging from $950 to $8,407. Some families who meet federal poverty pay $0 in tuition.

    • Students must be accepted and registered at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School before applying for JPSN Scholarship. Please contact the Office of Admissions for application information.
     
  • State of Ohio Autism Scholarship

    • Students with autism on an Individualized Education Program (IEP)

    • Students must be accepted and registered at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School before applying for Autism Scholarship. Please contact the Office of Admissions for application information.

  • NOAI Leadership Scholarship

    • Eligibility: 8th graders going to Catholic High Schools
    • Requirements:
      • Student must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA
      • Student Applicant must have minimum or at least 25% Italian Descent
      • Student must actively participate in at least one extracurricular activity by sophomore year
      • Student is heavily encouraged to take a leadership role in an activity 
      • Student must provide annual summary of school year experience
      • Student must attend the annual NOIA Impact dinner
      • Student must demonstrate financial need
    • Deadline: 03/01/2022
    • Amount:  $5,000 per year for all 4 years
