High School Transfer Applicants

St. Vincent-St. Mary welcomes current freshmen and sophomores to apply for the 2024-25 school year starting February 15. We consider transfer applications for sophomore or junior entry.
Transfer Application Process

Please be sure to have the following documents on hand as you will need to upload them as part of our application process:
  • Latest report card from the current (‘23-’24) school year.
  • Final report card from the last (‘22-’23) school year.
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport

Please note: If you currently have a child at STVM, our student information systems program, Blackbaud, should recognize your email address.  If you are new to STVM, you will create an account with Blackbaud.  Once the system approves your email and password, you may begin our application process.

Also, your child will complete some of the responses on the application so please make sure s/he is with you while completing this form.

When prompted, please include the email addresses of two of your child’s current teachers.  The teachers will be sent an email asking them to complete an online recommendation form.  The teachers selected should be from these subject areas: English, reading, math, science, social studies or language (Spanish, French, etc.).

Once our Enrollment Office receives your online application, we will contact you to schedule a time for your child’s admissions interview.

Acceptance to STVM is based on your meeting our requirements after a review of academic achievement and records. We look for students who are hard-working, well-rounded, motivated, leaders by example, and enjoy the challenge of a Catholic high school education.

If you have any questions regarding our online admission application, please contact a member of our admission office at enrollment@stvm.com or 330-253-9113 x115 or x116.  Thank you for considering STVM!
