Marianist L.I.F.E. (Living in Faith Experience)

The Marianist website says Marianist L.I.F.E. is "Communities of faith for high school students. Marianist L.I.F.E. (Living in Faith Experience) is a national faith-formation program rooted in Catholic and Marianist tradition and targeted to the needs of high school students. L.I.F.E. offers students an opportunity for fellowship and fun in a caring, upbeat context."

What: L.I.F.E. is based on Fr. William Joseph Chaminade's vision for building a community of communities to change the world. Marianist L.I.F.E. doesn't end with high school graduation. The purpose of Marianist L.I.F.E. is to lead young people from high school L.I.F.E. communities to the greater Marianist Family and Marianist Lay Communities. Our student Marianist L.I.F.E. leaders lead us in the topic of the evening. The topics are varied, relevant issues that students need to grow in their relationship with God and with each other. These evenings are a great opportunity to share in faith, food, fellowship and fun!

Why: To share faith, learn from each other, and become instruments of peace.

Who: Any student in grades 9 - 12 is welcome.

When: Currently, our Marianist L.I.F.E. nights are typically held on the third Wednesday of the month from 6-8 p.m. in the LRC and MakerSpace. Look for advertising in school and in the Campus Ministry Family newsletter.
