  • A Catholic, Marianist School

Our Catholic faith is embedded in every aspect of our school lives: academics, athletics, extracurriculars, and service.
Our calling as a Catholic, Marianist school is for our faith and spirituality to permeate our school community and the community at large. Our students have the opportunity to impact the lives of others through many hours of Christian service. In the links below, you can see the variety of opportunities that our students have to grow in their faith and serve those among us.

The Marianists

St. Vincent-St. Mary High School is sponsored by the Marianist Province of the United States of America. This province is a network consisting of three universities, 19 schools, six parishes, and four retreat centers. The Marianists have identified five key Characteristics of Marianist Education (CMEs) which drive our academic and spiritual programming and closely align with our Mission Statement.

The Society of Mary (Marianists) is a 200-year-old religious order, founded by Blessed William Joseph Chaminade, recognized globally for excellence in education.

The Three O'Clock Prayer

Lord Jesus, we gather in spirit at the foot of the Cross with your mother and the disciple whom you loved. We ask your pardon for our sins, which are the cause of your death.

We thank you for remembering us in that hour of salvation and for giving us Mary as our mother.

Holy Virgin, take us under your protection and open us to the action of the Holy Spirit.

St. John, obtain for us the grace of taking Mary into our lives, as you did and of assisting her in her mission.

May the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit be glorified in all places through the Immaculate Virgin Mary.

Amen
