Mrs. Phillips was born and raised in Ohio, growing up in the small town of Cadiz. She is a 2000 graduate of Harrison Central High School. In 2005, she earned her bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Ohio University and in 2011 her masters degree as an Intervention Specialist from Muskingum University. Additionally, Mrs. Phillips has an autism endorsement from West Liberty University. She lived in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania for seven years prior to moving back to Ohio in 2017. Mrs. Phillips has been an Intervention Specialist for 10 years! She taught for seven years in Weirton, West Virginia and three years in Springfield before joining the STVM family. Mrs. Phillips currently lives in Green with her husband, Matt and dog John Wayne. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and being outside.
