Mrs. Giles started writing grants for STVM in 2006 and has worn many hats since then. Mrs. Giles and her husband, Jeff reside in Copley. They have two sons, Graham VM10 and Jack VM14. When not watching an STVM rocket launch, coaching the Irish dancers in a parade or cheering from the sidelines for the Fighting Irish, Mrs. Giles can be found hiking, working in her yard or floating on a lake with her nose in a book. Mrs. Giles is a diehard Ohio sports enthusiast and has a special place in her heart for the Cleveland Indians and THE Ohio State Buckeyes with the Cincinnati Bearcats not far behind. Fun fact: Mrs. Giles was a member of a performing unicycle team. She is an active member of St. Hilary Parish in Fairlawn, Ohio.
"If asked my favorite quote I have a hard time narrowing it down to one. The words that resonate with me have been credited to many great woman including St. Therese, the little flower of Jesus, St. Teresa of Calcutta and Helen Keller. 'Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.' I watch our amazing Irish family live these words every day at STVM."
