Coach Henry Signore started swimming at the beginning of high school during his time at Copley. He was named captain of the boys team and he helped lead them to the Suburban League Championships three year in a row. Coach Signore also improved his technique with the Firestone club team. During his time at St. Vincent College, Coach Signore was part of three separate relays that broke records, as well as breaking the record in the 400 IM.
As a coach, Coach Signore got his start coaching the club team at the Shaw JCC where he continued to coach for almost three years. When not coaching the two high school teams, Coach Signore teaches kids age 2+ and adults how to swim and improve their technique. His coaching philosophy is this: Don't expect perfection, demand improvement.
