In 2011, Mrs. Stires received a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from The University of Akron as well. She began her teaching career at St. Patrick School (Kent) and from there headed to St. Ignatius High School (Cleveland) where she spent four years before making her way to the St. Vincent-St. Mary community. Mrs. Stires and her husband have three lovely (and energetic) daughters, Aria, Scarlet, and Brooklyn.

“It is no coincidence that throughout my entire career in education God has continually called me to work within Catholic schools; I can think of nothing better as an educator than being able to help form not only the minds but also the hearts and souls of my students. I am thrilled to be starting the next chapter of my career here at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School!”
