Biography
Mrs. DeGrand was born in Oak Park, IL. She graduated from West Branch High School in 1979 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Youngstown State University. Mrs. DeGrand is married to Ron for 37 years and has two sons, Rob and Matt (VM06).
