New Athletic Director Named

St. Vincent-St. Mary High School (STVM) today announced the hiring of Kyle Sasala as Athletic Director.
Kyle most recently served as Athletic Director at Bishop Fenwick High School in Franklin, Ohio.  The Brunswick native is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Sports Administration.
While at Bishop Fenwick, Sasala was nominated for the Horizon Award for the Southwest District Athletic Board.  He also oversaw the renovation of Bishop Fenwick’s new eight-lane track and the formation of a new Student-Athlete Leadership Team.
Sasala succeeds Willie McGee who spent six years as the STVM Athletic Director.
“I want to thank the hiring committee for the opportunity to be a part of St. Vincent-St. Mary High School and to lead the Athletic Department. I plan to build upon the rich history and traditions here at STVM. I want our student-athletes to succeed not only on the field, but more importantly off the field as great young men and women. I am beyond excited to meet the faculty, staff, coaches, student-athletes, and community and cannot wait to get started!” said Sasala.
