Admission Guidelines

We want to make sure that students are a good match for our program. Here is what we consider when a student applies for admission:
  • A student's final 7th grade report card and latest 8th grade report card.
  • A student's High School Placement Test scores. Our testing dates are:
    • Saturday, October 22 at 8:30 a.m.
    • Saturday, November 5 at 8:30 a.m. (testing accommodations available)
    • Saturday, November 19 at 8:30 a.m.
    • Saturday, December 3 at 8:30 a.m. (testing accommodations available)
      • NOTE: Students wanting to apply for academic scholarships and/or family memorial scholarships must test in October or November.
  • Two teacher recommendation forms.
  • A student's attendance and discipline record from 7th and 8th grade.
  • For applicants with a diagnosed learning disability only. The Individualized Education Plan or IEP, and the Evaluative Team Report or ETR.
  • An admission application.
    • 8th graders attending a Catholic school complete their application through Digital Academy. This link is provided through Catholic elementary schools.
    • 8th graders attending public, private, charter and home schools would complete our Admission Application found in Step #4. All needed documents are uploaded by the parent.
