Mr. Hyland is a Cleveland native and a graduate of Cathedral Latin School. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Ohio University. He holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Hyland has over 25 years in fundraising experience and has spent the last 18 years in Catholic high school education. He is married with two adult sons.
