October 30 is the deadline to order your exam(s) for full year AP classes
March 3 is the deadline to order your exam(s) for second semester AP classes
Students must indicate “yes” or “no” on their AP college board account by the date above for each AP class they are in to confirm their exam decision.
$94 per exam
$40 fee per exam for late orders (after the deadline above)
$40 fee per exam for unused/canceled exams (after the deadline above)
$40 fee per exam for late testing (students will not be charged for late testing due to an athletic event, academic contest, family or school emergencies, school closings, two AP tests on the same date and time) *Capstone is not approved, you will have to pay the late fee if you choose to take your AP test late due to your Capstone experience.
All exam fees will be paid in the bookstore and are due by April 1, 2020
Students who meet one of the criteria are eligible for a fee reduction: family’s income is at or below 185% of the poverty level, in foster care or Head Start, homeless or migrant, living in a household that receives SNAP/Food Stamps, TANF cash assistance, or the Food Distribution on Indian Reservations benefits.

If you receive accommodations through an IEP or RTI plan, you can request accommodations for your AP exam(s).
Please see Mrs. Boarman or Mrs. Miller by November 15 if you want to request accommodations for your AP exams.
Exam Only Students
If you are planning on taking an AP Exam and you are NOT enrolled in the AP class at STVM, or we do not offer that AP class, you need to see Mrs. Boarman to register for your exams.
