Students against Destructive Decisions (SADD)In 1982, eleven days before graduation, a group of seniors were hit by a drunk driver as they returned from a Cleveland Indian's game. Christine Clark VM85, lost her life and the SADD chapter at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School was established in her memory. Students wishing to join SADD sign a "Contract for Life" promising to not drink and drive or ride with anyone who has been drinking. Their parents are asked to promise the same. We promote making wise choices in every aspect of a teen's life. This club is involved in educating the student's on the dangers of destructive decisions and supporting issues of wise choices. Homecoming, holidays, Red Ribbon Alerts, and the Prom Promise bring opportunities to remind our school community to make wise choices.....their lives depends upon it!
