Ms. McGonigle's U.S. History Class Explores the Cuyahoga Valley National Park
On Tuesday, April 11, Ms. McGonigle and her U.S. History students explored the Cuyahoga Valley National Park as a way to give some real life experiences to their studies. These students are currently learning about our nation's National Park Service through an independent research project.
STVM Model U.N. Members Coach All-Saints Middle School Team to Top Awards at the CCWA
The All-Saints Model United Nations Diplomats, coached by STVM MUN team members Vince Glidden, Alex Albanese, Fiona Gaffney, Mikey Dianetti and Advisor Mrs. Kofsky, recently took home top awards at the Cleveland Council of World Affairs (CCWA) Middle School Model UN conference held at John Carroll University.

STVM Model U.N. Team Brings Home the Gold at State Competition
This past weekend, St. Vincent-St. Mary earned yet another state championship. Congratulations to the Model United Nations team, who competed in over 20 hours of competition over three days to bring home the gold for the Irish. This victory represents St. Vincent-St. Maryís Model United Nations Teamís third consecutive win at the annual Ohio State University Model United Nations Conference.
STVM Students and Staff Members Spend Week in West Virginia Assisting the Appalachian Catholic Worker

STVM Boys Basketball Team Brings Home Record Tying 7th OHSAA State Championship
On Saturday, March 25, the Boys Basketball team won their seventh State Championship, defeating Wauseon 45-30 for the Division II title. STVM is now tied with Middletown and Villa Angela-St. Joseph for the most state championships by a high school in OHSAA history. Click the link below for more information.
STVM Students Excel at District Science Day
On Saturday, March 18, the 69th Western Reserve District 5 Science Fair was held at the University of Akron with 262 students competing from Northeastern Ohio. STVM had 26 students judged at the fair and 18 have qualified to move on to State Science Day in Columbus, on May 14.

Boys Basketball Wins 14th Regional Title; Will Play Trotwood Madison in the Semi-Finals

STVM Mock Trial Earns Top Spot in Ohio Competition
Congratulations to the STVM Mock Trial Team that was a finalist in the Ohio Council for Law-Related Education (OCLRE) State Competition on March 9-11 in Columbus Ohio. STVM Shines at the Northeastern Ohio Science and Engineering Fair
The 64th Annual Northeastern Ohio Science and Engineering Fair was held at John Carroll University, the week of March 6, 2017. This is a three day event, where over 500 students, from 80 schools, in northeast Ohio compete for over $20,000 in awards and the chance to move on to the ISEF National science fair.
