2011-2012 Car Raffle
Click Here to download the Car Raffle Flyer. Presale tickets passed out to students November 22, 2011 at Report Card Pick Up Raffle date: January 2, 2012- February 13, 2012. The last day to turn in tickets is February 13, 2012 during homeroom. NO EXCEPTIONS 1st Place - 2012 Chevy Cruze - (Compliments of Bob and Kathy Serpentini) Tickets are passed out to students at Report Card Pick Up on November 22, 2011. The tickets are inside of your report card envelope along with a flyer explaining the rules. If you do not pick up they will be mailed out the next day. Each student is required to sell 25, $5 tickets. Each additional student in the family is required to sell 20, $5 tickets. Please make all checks payable to “STVM.” If families have chosen the buyout option for the raffle, you ARE NOT required to sell your tickets. However, it is your responsibility to fill out the stubs and turn them back in to your homeroom teacher in order to be eligible for the raffle. Any unsold tickets will be added to your tuition bill after the car raffle ends. All students must turn in their tickets to their homeroom teacher with payment in its own sealed envelope. Make sure all information is filled out on the stub in order to receive credit for selling. Students may start to turn in tickets and payment as soon as Tuesday, November 29, 2011. It is a great idea to sell over the holidays! Alumni and friends, please mail in or drop off your car raffle ticket stubs to STVM no later than Friday, February 10, 2012 to be placed in the drawing. If you did not receive tickets in the mail, or would like to purchase more tickets, please contact Carley Whitney: cwhitey@stvm.com. The winning ticket will be drawn on February 14, 2012 at the Varsity Boys Basketball Game vs. Walsh Jesuit High School @ STVM - Tipoff will be at 7:30 PM. The winner must be 18 years of age and pickup and delivery of the car and other gifts are the responsibilities of the winners. Winners only have 30 days to claim their prize.
