Maintaining our current facility and protecting our investment is just as important as renovating the campus and expanding the school. As careful stewards of the St. Vincent-St. Mary operating funds, we know that taking care of what we have is vital, such as renovating and expanding Green Street Stadium/John Cistone Field and constructing a new Center for Science and Technology on the second floor of the existing high school.

It was also necessary to make updates to our more than 30-year-old building. During Phase II of our Capital Campaign, the following renovations were completed:

	New roof
	New air conditioning unit
	Repair work and upgrades to the existing heating system and blower units
	New tile flooring at the band room entrance
	New lockers
	Remodeled wrestling room
	Other essential repairs

These measures have enabled us to protect our current investment, while helping us to maintain a comfortable, energy-efficient environment to keep utility costs down.
