All 8th grade applicants must register for and take the STVM Scholarship/Placement Test, which is offered in the fall. The test may be taken one time only. Fill out the Diocesan High School Application. Students will receive these from their 8th grade elementary school teacher during Catholic High School Selection Week, January 7-11, 2008. |

To apply for Tuition Assistance, complete a Private School Aid Service (PSAS) form, which is available from St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, by December 1. Students will be considered after they have taken the STVM Scholarship/Placement Test. Your child may also qualify for a Scholarship. |

Applicants are notified of admissions decisions by mid-February. |

(editable PDF format) or contact the Office of Admissions
at 330-253-9113, ext. 15 to request an application. |

Transfer students are not required to
take the placement test, but are asked to include report cards
from the last two years and a copy of their most recent standardized
test scores, along with a completed STVM
transfer application. |
